What to Post When You Have No Time for Social Media

Most small business owners and nonprofit teams are not sitting around wondering what to post on social media. They are busy. Running programs, managing clients, putting out fires, doing real work. And yet there is still this pressure to show up online consistently. If that feels overwhelming, the goal is not to do more, it is to simplify. You do not need a complicated strategy to stay visible. Start with what is already happening. Share a moment from your day, something behind the scenes, a quick story about a person you are working with, or even a simple reflection on why your work matters. These kinds of posts are often the ones people connect with most. They feel human. They feel grounded. Consistency does not come from having more ideas, it comes from having a simple way to share what is already there.
